Our compensation packages are competitive and include benefits such as a starting salary range of $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, generous paid time off, and full administrative support. Responsibilities:Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plansProvide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic teamUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each sessionMaintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time statusCoordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetingsMinimum Requirements:Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fieldsFull, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentationEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlinesComfort working with clients with diverse problems or concernsAbility to pass a background checkDemonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clientsAdditional Qualifications (not essential):Experience in community, group, or private practice mental healthCurrently paneled or credentialed with insurance networkMultilingual or bilingual proficiencySpecialty area of practiceJ-18808-Ljbffr
