Assists with analysis, evaluation, and assessment leading to development of recommendations for system and process improvements, optimization, development, and/or operations sustainment efforts for IT systems, software, and processes. Coordinates and manages analysis evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of programs, systems specifications, and quality standards. Establishes performance measures, monitors and analyzes performance metrics to identify and implement performance based improvements. Works closely with senior engineers/specialists or task leads.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesigns and implements business process modernization and improvements.\nCoordinates and leads development activities related to needs.\nDevelops and maintains customer specific tools and capabilities.\nConducts business process reviews, software testing, customer workforce training, and website content management.\nWorks with officers to improve design of user interface features.\nMaintains awareness of other Agency tools and how they might be incorporated into customer’s business processes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nMust currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph after hire (if not already held)\nMust be a self-motivated, disciplined, and mature professional capable of operating with little tasking and oversight\nMust be capable of operating within a diverse environment and comfortable operating with limited guidance and oversight, maturity and self-motivation required.\nMust be experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process improvement, reengineering methodologies or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements.\nMust be experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs.\nMust be experience with cloud based technology such as AWS, C2S, Cloud Foundry\n- Must be experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, HTML code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems. - Experience Python/ Django, SQL, JAVA, familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
