We're building something meaningful and looking for purpose-driven individuals to help lead the way.The Business Analyst, Franchise Growth at We Insure is a trusted advisor to our franchise owners-helping them understand their numbers, make smarter decisions, and grow healthy, profitable agencies.This role blends traditional business analyst responsibilities with hands-on financial coaching and growth support tailored specifically to insurance franchise businesses. You will work directly with franchisees to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable next steps-while partnering internally with We Insure leadership to continuously improve the franchise system.This is not a passive reporting role.
