Technical Program Manager (RDK-B is MUST)

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in RDK-B (RDK Broadband) to lead large-scale embedded and media platform programs. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth in embedded systems and broadband platforms with proven program management experience , and can successfully drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery.Mandatory Requirement: RDK-B (RDK Broadband) experience is requiredKey Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program execution for RDK-based (RDK-B/RDK-V/RDK-M) embedded platformsManage full lifecycle delivery:Planning, execution, tracking, risk mitigation, and deliveryWork closely with cross-functional teams including:Engineering, Product, Sales, Services, IT, Finance, and SupportDrive Agile execution using:SAFe / Scrum methodologiesTools such as JIRA dashboards and reportingProvide regular updates to Senior Leadership and executive stakeholdersIdentify, anticipate, and resolve program risks and dependenciesCoordinate deliverables, timelines, and project assets across teamsLead business, technical, and program review meetingsEnsure alignment across teams for product launches and releasesRequired Skills & Experience: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Embedded Software Development4–5+ years of Technical Program Management experienceStrong experience in:RDK-B / RDK / RDK-V / RDK-M programsSet-top box / media / broadband domainsExperience with:SAFe, Agile, Scrum methodologiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to interact with senior leadership and executive teamsProven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of:Product lifecycle managementDevelopment processes and release cyclesPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required15+ years combined Engineering / Program Management experience preferredExperience managing programs in large enterprise or telecom/media environmentsAbility to independently build relationships across multiple business unitsWork Environment & Expectations: Onsite role based in Philadelphia, PAHigh-impact role with visibility across leadership teamsRequires strong ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solvingFast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiativesWho Should Apply: Please apply only if you have hands-on experience managing RDK-B programs and a strong background in embedded systems, broadband, or media platforms .Powered by JazzHR
