From troubleshooting hardware hiccups to resolving software snags, you’ll keep their tech running smoothly. Tech Troubleshooting: Dive into a variety of technical challenges, applying your expertise to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Client Relations: Build strong connections with our client’s team. Your friendly demeanor and clear communication will make you their go-to tech ally. Team Collaboration: Partner with our remote support squad to tackle complex issues and ensure the best solutions are delivered. What We’re Looking For:Experience: MINIMUM 2+ years in IT support, with hands-on experience in Windows and macOS, network troubleshooting, and both hardware and software support. Skills: Sharp problem-solving skills, with a love for tackling diverse technical challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make tech talk easy to understand.
