If you have experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or load coverage and perform well under pressure, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that rewards execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nCover open loads by sourcing and booking qualified carriers\nMake outbound carrier calls to secure capacity on active lanes\nEnter and update load information accurately in our TMS\nCommunicate load status, ETAs, and issues to the dispatch team in real time\nMeet daily booking targets and contribute to shift coverage goals\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in freight brokerage, load coverage, or carrier sales preferred\nStrong phone presence and confidence making high-volume outbound calls\nFast and accurate data entry skills\nAbility to work independently and stay focused throughout a full shift\nReliable, punctual, and accountable\nStrong sense of urgency and execution mindset\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly\nPerformance-Based Commission tied directly to load volume, booking consistency, and execution metrics\nGrowth-based pay increases for strong performers\nOvertime opportunities available Saturdays and Sundays\nIn office\nClear advancement path into Carrier Sales and brokerage operations leadership roles\nApplication Question(s):\nHave you worked in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or load coverage before?
