This role will play a key part in advancing Belden's partner-led go-to-market strategy by strengthening partner engagement, expanding ecosystem coverage, and driving revenue through partners. The ideal candidate brings experience in partner program management and partner strategy execution, with the ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partners.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nRegional Ownership & Global Alignment\r\nOwn the design and execution of a scalable SI partner program priorities across the Americas region\r\nPartner with global stakeholders to inform SI program development based on regional needs, partner feedback, and market dynamics\r\nPartner Go-to-Market Execution\r\nDrive execution of partner-led go-to-market strategies for Belden's product and solution offerings\r\nDesign and implement partner engagement models that leverage the broader ecosystem to accelerate pipeline and revenue through co-sell motions\r\nPartner Development\r\nIdentify and close gaps in SI and partner coverage to support growth objectives\r\nDevelop and manage relationships with key partners and internal sales teams to increase engagement, capability, and alignment\r\nProgram Development & Enablement\r\nLead rollout and continuous improvement of partner program elements, including onboarding, certification, enablement, and incentives\r\nDrive adoption and consistency of program standards across partners\r\nPerformance Management & Insights\r\nMonitor partner performance against KPIs and deliver actionable insights to improve outcomes\r\nIdentify risks and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and recommend data-driven adjustments\r\nCross-Functional Leadership\r\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to align partner initiatives with business priorities\r\nInfluence internal stakeholders to support partner-led initiatives and GTM execution\r\nPartner Engagement & Voice of Partner\r\nServe as the primary conduit for capturing and synthesizing partner feedback (Voice of Partner) to inform program enhancements\r\nSupport joint planning, account alignment, and ongoing partner engagement activities\r\nMarket & Strategic Input\r\nAnalyze market trends and competitive activity to inform program evolution and regional strategy\r\nProvide structured recommendations to improve partner effectiveness and coverage\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)\r\n6-8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or business development\r\nExperience working with System Integrators and Distributors, including co-sell and GTM execution\r\nStrong understanding of industrial automation, software, or edge technologies\r\nDemonstrated ability to operate with ownership and autonomy while influencing cross-functional teams\r\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills\r\nAnalytical mindset with experience tracking partner performance and driving improvements\r\nApplicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 - 180,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
