Develop all portions of the system that require Java or related skills to complete. Resolve performance problems that arise during the development and testing phase of the system. The employee will develop code and programming to meet designed functionality and coordinate with network, security, and data managers to ensure security, privacy, and interoperability of applications under development. Provide analysis of changes needed to execute desired functionality, determine the number of programs and program interfaces during the application development process.\nThe employee shall prepare test data and assist with functional testing of programs to determine accuracy and functional capability.
