This role is focused primarily on installing Windows server patches through SCCM and resolving issues when patches do not install successfully. The environment includes SQL, application, and web servers across multiple areas of the organization. The work is structured and execution-heavy, making it a strong fit for a server-level Technician or Administrator who is comfortable following established processes and troubleshooting when needed.Patching is frequently completed during evenings, nights, and weekends when systems can be taken offline.
