You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend solutions, driving DevOps best practices, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade software.Mandatory Technical Skills:Strong API and backend software fundamentals with expertise in distributed systemsJava (8+), Spring BootREST APIs, SOA, SOAP servicesMessaging Queue: Kafka or Flink (any one mandatory)Containerization: Kubernetes or Docker (any one mandatory) Agile & DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring tools, IaC concepts) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills Experience working with Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD toolsGood to Have Skills:Experience with RabbitMQExposure to Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)Familiarity with Microservices performance optimization and securityRequirements:Candidates must be full-time employees in their current organization (no freelancers or contractors).LinkedIn profile link is mandatory in the resume.
