Now, we're looking for a Warehouse Associate who's ready to roll up their sleeves and be a critical part of our success.What You'll DoYou'll help keep our operation running smoothly by taking on a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:Picking & Packing Orders: Accurately select, label, and prepare products for shipmentShipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming deliveries, and organize outgoing shipmentsInventory Support: Stock shelves, manage bin locations, and assist with inventory countsFacility Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organizedTeam Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to ensure orders are filled correctly and on timeWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, motivated team players who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.Essential Qualifications:Reliable, energetic, and strong work ethicAbility to bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable standing and moving throughout the shiftDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsBasic math and communication skills; able to read and write in EnglishAble to work independently and as part of a teamForklift experience is a plus - or willingness to learnPreferred (Not Required):Warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experienceExperience using hand trucks, pallet jacks or forkliftsBasic familiarity with computers or inventory systemsWhy Join MESCO?At Marine Equipment & Supply Company, you're not just taking a job - you're building a career with a company that has over a century of stability and growth.
