In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and assembling components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality production standards are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. *This position is on our 2nd shift with standard hours (after training period) of 2pm-10pm. *\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and materials specifications to guide assembly and machining tasks.\n* Perform routine inspections using precision measuring with quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.\n* Conduct assembly operations on components using hand tools, pneumatic nail and/or staple guns.\n* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols; troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.\n* Assist in tooling setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.\n* Support quality assurance processes by inspecting finished products and documenting production data accurately.\n\nExperience\n\n* Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially within machining or assembly environments.\n* Familiarity with operating various manufacturing equipment such as stamping presses and pneumatic assembly\n* Knowledge of reading and understanding specification sheets\n* Ability to use precision measuring instruments including tape measure confidently for quality control purposes.\n* Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment along with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.\n* Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in production processes.\n* *Join our team today if you’re passionate about manufacturing excellence!
