Referring overdue items or challenges to Credentialing Specialist and/or the Chief Administrative Officer for intervention.\r\nProvide assistance to HR Director, HR Supervisor, and HR Generalist with data entry, filing, creating letters and other projects as assigned.\r\n\r\nStudent Coordination\r\n\r\nProcess students for clinical internships, externships, clinical rotations and shadows.\r\nFollow all steps and compile all documentation according to policy and procedure.\r\nEnsure approval of the student by the preceptor / shadow mentor and the CAO, Human Resources Director as well as the Director of Operations and Clinic Manager.\r\nReview documents and employees that are needed with the HR Director or CAO\r\nPull all documents into one electronic document by employee to be reviewed.\r\nCommunicate completion of document prep to the appropriate Director and up-line.\r\nRequirements\r\nDescription of Primary Attributes\r\nDemonstrates a high degree of organization and accuracy.\r\nAbility to work effectively with a wide variety of people and develop professional working relationships with site staff and other InterCare departments.\r\nPossesses skills in motivation, self-direction, and punctuality.\r\nAbility to work well as part of a team and keep team members updated on current project developments.\r\nAbility to multiple priorities, adjust to changing circumstances, organize time efficiently, remain attentive to details and identify resources for projects.\r\nProfessional and Technical Knowledge\r\nPossesses a high school diploma and general knowledge of office environment practices, preferably in a healthcare or human resources setting, typically acquired through 2 years of practical experience in a professional environment.\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nHuman Resources Experience Preferred\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\r\nAbility to use clerical, numerical and calendaring skills.\r\nAbility to create letters, forms, documents, presentations.\r\nAbility to run reports, prepare spreadsheets and consistently and accurately enter data into the HRIS.\r\nCommunication Skills\r\nPossesses administrative writing and reporting skills.\r\nPossess high level of customer service skills including teamwork, flexibility/adaptability, and professional interpersonal interactions with external and internal customers.\r\nPossesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate to staff members at all levels.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nJob duties are performed in the typical office environment of the organization, which requires ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations.
