In this position, your expertise will be valued and acknowledged by your peers in an organization that prioritizes collaboration and work/life balance.Position Overview:As an Analyst on the Analytics team, you will be tasked with aiding in the transformation of vast data sets into compelling and actionable insights. You will also work closely with leadership to collaborate across teams/agencies and participate in cross-channel analyses. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client’s marketing strategy.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fieldsOR 1 to 2 years of of experience in a quantitative data driven field, marketing/media analytics, or other relevant fieldStrong excel skills (Leveraging features, Pivot Tables, Macros, and other advanced functions).Excellent communication skills are a mustAbility to work well with others and work in cross functional teamsAble to learn and work independently and autonomously, be self-driven, but always collaboratingPreferredUnderstanding and familiarity of the marketing and digital media landscape, including nuance within media platforms and technology, SEO, owned social, PR, events, direct marketing, and sales optimization and analyticsExperience with data visualization platforms (Datorama, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL, R, and/or PythonUnderstanding of marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis and/or other branches of market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.)Audience strategy and measurementPrior agency experienceExperience delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clientsKey Responsibilities:Translating data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics tactics conducted by central resourcesSupport the organization in analytics capabilities, including data visualization; campaign dashboarding, reporting, and data servicesEnsuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverable, addressing potential roadblocks for scheduled and ad hoc deliverables with manager to ensure projects maintain alignment to timelineAssisting in the development of audience analytics, through audience & segmentation consistencies, research collaboration and insights extending performance reporting approach for audience insightsHelp develop and understand complex cross-channel marketing measurement plansEvaluate effects on marketing optimizations across different and disparate marketing channelsCommunicate deep analytics insights in a client-friendly wayPerks of working at AnnalectCulture! Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$52,000—$75,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
