Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.\n\nThe Job Overview\n\nThis is an entry level role. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to immerse themselves in the EV charging and renewable energy industry.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.\nIdentify client needs and provide solutions.\nAnalyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nTrack client trends and report to management.\nProactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.\nRespond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.\nCoordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.\nAdvocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.\nMaintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field\n1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field\nDemonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary\nDedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties at the highest level.\nStrong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.\nProficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.\nShows professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information.\nCollaborative and works effectively within a team environment.\nExceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable reporting and presenting information.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.\nA track record of following through on commitments.\nFamiliarity with the construction industry is a plus.\nZero Impact Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
