Our Process Operator position is full-time with a stable work shift throughout the year and great benefits including attendance bonuses and employee appreciation events!\nOur Process Operators are reliable team members responsible for\nPretzel oven operations including oven control adjustment to meet moisture specifications\nCaustic cooker operations including Cooker control adjustment to meet color / pH specifications\nFryer operations including control adjustments\nExtruder operations including set up and adjustments\nOperating the forklift to supply kitchen / mixer operators with ingredients\nMix and add seasonings to processing equipment per recipes.\nAssist in quality assurance with samples of finished product\nComplete paperwork required for the production function\nRequired Experience, Skills and Abilities:\nPrevious forklift experience required\nPrevious food processing experience required\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequently required to stand, walk, sit, use of hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach\nOccasionally lift, carry, and move up to fifty (50) pounds\nSpecific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.\nShift Times:\n2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm\n3rd Shift: Sunday 9:30pm-7:00am, Monday to Thursday 10:30pm-7:00am\nWhy G&S Foods?\nG&S Foods’ reputation for quality and service is reflective of the dedicated employees who are responsible for the company’s continued success.
