Act as the point of contact for all project-related inquiries.\nAdminister the construction phase of a construction project, including reviewing submittals, responding to contractor RFI’s, reviewing payment applications, developing change order documentation, coordinating sign-off, etc.\nEnsure that required special inspections are performed and completed during construction by coordinating with clients, contractors and other in-house staff.\nMonitor and maintain project budgets.
