Regional Sales Manager
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a hybrid team of direct and contract sales representatives across the Western US territory. Identifying and capturing new business opportunities with defense primes, government agencies, and customers in aerospace and telecom.
Developing and maintaining an accurate order forecast.
Preparing quotations for standard catalog products and contributing to complex, high-value proposals across the full RF/microwave product line.
Building and executing account strategies to grow market penetration in key programs.
Acting as the technical commercial bridge between customers and internal engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience or 10+ years without a degree. Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar defense contracts.
Experience partnering with prime defense contractors — tracking programs, securing design-in opportunities, and forecasting order timing. RF or microwave technical background required — familiarity with components, subsystems, amplifiers, filters, or SATCOM products strongly preferred.
Experience managing manufacturer's representative networks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel regularly. Residence in the Western United States is highly preferred.
US citizenship required. Secret clearance desired but not mandatory.
