With a strong focus on regulatory compliance and the implementation of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and ANSI standards, this high-impact role supports capital projects—including greenfield developments and facility modifications. The position also partners closely with HR, Operations, and Engineering to drive compliance, foster leadership development, and implement risk reduction strategies.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport EHS integration across operations, engineering, and transportation\nLead audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions\nConduct Industrial Hygiene assessments\nDeliver compliance and leadership training\nImplement safety initiatives and risk mitigation strategies\nCollaborate cross-functionally to improve EHS performance\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in health & safety or related field\nMinimum 5 years of EHS experience at the plant or area level\nEHS certifications a plus\nExperience with Velocity EHS preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint\nStrong written communication skills\nWillingness to travel up to 80%\nConfirmation that you have been approved by American Express for a corporate credit card. In accordance with PCA policy, employees apply travel expenses to a corporate credit card issued in their name and in turn seek reimbursement from the Company.\n#LI-VP1\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n\nStarting salary range for position: $94,400.\nPaid Holidays.\nWithin the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.\nUpon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan.
