Reporting to the CFO, The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage accounting operations, and provide strategic financial insights. The role will involve financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making and financial growth.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingSuit a Manager level person out of Big 4 Accounting FirmStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial dataIn-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practicesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA (preferred)Knowledge of relevant accounting software and ERP systemsExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
