This means kernel-level Ubuntu Linux operations, LXC container management, workload scheduling, and monitoring GPU and fabric performance across the cluster. You will be a tier-2 escalation point for complex issues spanning systems, containers, and networking, and will contribute to runbooks and post-mortems to keep repeat incidents low.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure with hands-on GPU or HPC cluster ownership\nDeep Ubuntu Linux experience at the kernel level - driver management, kernel tuning, OS internals\nHands-on LXC container management in production or near-production environments\nWorking knowledge of InfiniBand or RoCEv2 fabric health monitoring and diagnostics\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA tooling (DCGM, UFM, NCCL, CUDA) and scheduling via SLURM or Kubernetes\nExposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) in a cluster ops context is a plus\n\nCompensation/Benefits\nBase salary of $150k-$225k DOE\nAggressive bonus target ranging from 20% to 50% of base salary\nEquity\nFlexible PTO\nComprehensive Benefits\n401k with match\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
