In exchange, members ask for assistance when needed.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nA successful Program Coordinator will have a broad knowledge of program management principles and community activities affecting older adults in their area. This position requires someone with a strategic mindset as well as the ability and experience to lead and develop their subordinates. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site. The driving goals of this position are to increase efficiency, visibility, financial sustainability, and community awareness of Partners in Care to better serve the Older Adults in the Mid Shore area.\n\nDirect Reports:\nVolunteer Recruiter (outreach).\nProgram Volunteers (receptionist, ride drivers, handymen, etc.).\nPop-up Boutique Volunteers\n\nReport to:\nPresident / CEO\nChief Operating Officer (COO)\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPartner with upper management to develop a business strategy for the site.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions.\nPartner with upper management & community leaders to increase the awareness of programs offered.\nSeek, obtain, and develop new partnerships with local community influencers to better serve our members.\nResearch and develop a strategic plan to increase financial sustainability through grants, donations, and fundraising activities.\nAttend community events and business meetings outside the office.\nTravel to alternate PIC sites for training and development.\nMentor and develop direct reports and volunteers.\nConduct performance reviews of direct reports.\nVerify timesheets and maintain direct report schedules.\nMaintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming office.\nWork with Management and Staff to ensure adequate office coverage.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):\nProven leadership skills (using the servant leadership model).\nProject management experience.\nAbility to prioritize projects.\nExcellent communication skills (phone, media, and face-to-face).\nGeneral office equipment and computer knowledge.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\n\nSalary commensurate with experience.\n\nComments:\n\nComments: E.E.O.C.
