The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the security operations of their assigned site, inspection of officers who work at the site, and training/operational support of the branch.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:\nLeadership skills to provide direction to the Site/Account assigned Officers and assist with areas of responsibility as needed\nProvide Site Support for all areas of the sites and inspections of assigned personnel\nEffectively manage, motivate, coach and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.\nAssist with the development and implementation of measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs/benefits of each area of responsibility\nMake recommendations for the creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines as they relate to your assigned Site/Account.\nAssist with the development and implementation of controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.\nRespond to incidents at the Site proactively and in response to requests for assistance from any Secureone Security Manager, Supervisor, Assigned Agent/Officer and Client. Coordinate the proper response and internal notifications as appropriate.\nContinually review all aspects of the Site/Account for potential improvement and profitability.\nAbility to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and client operations.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with office management to resolve any potential issues, concerns or threats at assigned site/account.\nExcellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, present ideas in a clear and compelling manner with strict attention to detail.\nEmotionally intelligent with excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients.\nStrong personal presence, credibility and high integrity.\nPresent ideas in a clear and compelling manner.\nAbility to perform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nBe at least 21 years of age.\nAbility to attend supervisory/managerial scheduled meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.\nValid Drivers License\nMust possess a valid security license as required in the state for which you are applying.\nMinimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience.\nAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.\nAs a condition of continued employment, employee must maintain current active status of all required License at all times and must carry the license at all times while on duty.\nMust display exceptional customer service and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of security experience\n2-3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.\nBenefits:\nSecureone Security Services recognizes and rewards your commitment to excellence.
