This position is ideal for a highly skilled individual who can independently set up, program, and operate CNC equipment while helping oversee daily shop operations and maintaining high-quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong machining knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
