We are driven to deliver industry-leading products and experiences that power our customers’ journeys.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, this role will work directly within advertising platforms on a daily basis, helping to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns while developing analytical and strategic skill sets.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day setup, trafficking, and monitoring of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platformsPull daily and weekly performance reports, flag anomalies, and surface trends to the Paid Media ManagerSupport A/B testing efforts by building ad variants, tracking results, and documenting learningsAssist with audience building, keyword research, and negative keyword managementHelp manage creative asset libraries, ensuring ads are properly tagged, organized, and up to dateSupport UTM tagging and QA of tracking links to ensure accurate attributionResearch competitor ads, platform updates, and industry trends, bringing relevant findings to the teamAssist with budget pacing tracking and escalate any delivery or spend issues promptlyCoordinate with internal teams or agencies to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and to specQualifications1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related fieldFoundational knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience building and managing campaignsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulasUnderstanding of core paid media metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROASStrong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they go liveEagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a performance marketing environmentPreferred QualificationsGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certification, or willingness to obtainExperience with a marketing agency or internship in a digital marketing roleWhy Holley Is a Great Place to WorkAt Holley, we’re more than a performance parts company—we’re a community of enthusiasts, innovators, and problem-solvers.
