This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience in public accounting or fund administration with experience in private equity or venture capital.Key Responsibilities:Support quarterly and annual close processes for multiple private equity fundsPrepare and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocationsAssist with NAV calculations and financial reporting packagesMaintain investor records and support LP reporting requestsWork closely with fund administrators, auditors, and internal teamsAssist with cash management, reconciliations, and general ledger activityQualifications:2+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or private equityExposure to private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments preferredStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities#48350
