This project involves designing, coding, testing, and supporting robust software programs and cloud architectures, with a focus on utilizing AWS services and leveraging cutting‐edge Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies. This is a high‐impact role that requires a self‐motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Designing and Developing Programs: Design, code, test, debug, and document programs based on technical configurations, ensuring that resulting systems will operate efficiently and reliably. System Integration and Support: Ensure program designs integrate with other related systems. Support, update, and maintain existing systems in response to business needs and system problems. Project Collaboration: Coordinate with project teams and analysts to design, code, test, and document system changes, as well as to define application requirements. Technical Expertise: Identify business needs, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. You may also be tasked with designing system architectures. Customer Partnership: Provide a high level of customer service, partnering with end-users in the resolution of problems or in the deployment of new applications. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Deep expertise in AWS cloud development, Java/Spring development, and experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. Experience with relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), and both procedural and object-oriented design. Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team and partner with end-users.
