We love what we do, our VECommunity, and helping the best build better.\nOverview\nThe Digital Delivery Project Administrator (DDPA) supports digital delivery execution on a single data center project by administering the DDPM program's cross-platform data to ensure consistent project-level tracking, meeting records, action logs, reporting inputs, and information flow across digital delivery workstreams. The DDPA acts as the central driver for project data flow and performance visualization within a multi-prime infrastructure environment. This role is empowered to map cross-platform data sources, administer Delivery Control System (DCS) inputs, and translate spatial, financial, and logistical updates into executive-facing KPI dashboards, guided by a philosophy of evidence-driven decision making. The DDPA may also build and deploy custom automated tools to measure digital asset readiness from design through operational handover.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe DDPA owns project-level administrative control and information reliability for digital delivery support activities, including:\n\nDigital Delivery Administration\nTrack required documents, models, and data uploads.\nMonitor late, missing, duplicate, or outdated information.\nPrepare meeting agendas and minutes.\nCoordination, Meetings and Action Item Management\nMaintain action item logs.\nPrepare project status summaries.\nAdminister issue and risk logs.\nTrack deliverable status.\nCDE, Document, and Deliverable Tracking\nSupport naming, metadata, and folder-structure compliance checks.\nSupport version-status reporting for models and key deliverables.\nFlag CDE compliance issues to the appropriate stakeholders.\nReview, phase out, and audit inactive users in the CDE environment.\nReporting and Dashboard Input Support\nGather weekly updates from digital delivery workstream leads.\nFlag missing, stale, or conflicting data.\nSupport weekly and monthly reporting packages, including dashboard updates.\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5-7 years of relevant experience.\nWorking knowledge of construction project delivery, including data center or other technical construction projects.\nFamiliarity with BIM/VDC basics, CDE and document control workflows, RFIs, submittals, issue logs, project dashboards, meeting routines, OFE/vendor tracking, and closeout or handover tracking.\nAbility to use the Autodesk suite of tools (Forma, Navisworks, Revit, etc.).\nComfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to expedite work where possible.\nEnough technical understanding to recognize missing information, overdue actions, unclear ownership, and issues that require escalation.\nAbility to run validation checksets and navigate the common data environment per the DDPM's SOP.\nNote: this role does not require a technical BIM expert, model author, engineer, scheduler, cost manager, or commissioning lead.\nSoft Skills Required\nClear, accurate written communication.\nComfort working across both technical and non-technical teams.\nProactive in identifying gaps, delays, and unclear ownership.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with the project team.\nHard Skills Required\nAction item and deadline tracking.\nAbility to build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and issue logs.\nProficiency with the Autodesk suite (Forma, Navisworks, Revit, etc.).\nEffective use of AI tools to support and expedite administrative workflows.\n\nVEC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
