(Pick 1 or 2 organization a week).\nRadio appearances, Jail Program and AISS.\nRecruit at least 6 men a week.\nThis list of responsibilities is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be adjusted to meet the operational needs.\nYMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader):\nMission Advancement: Accepts and demonstrates the Y’s values. Demonstrates a desire to serve others and fulfill community needs. Recruits volunteers and builds effective, supportive working relationships with them. Supports fundraising.\nCollaboration: Works effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Builds rapport and relates well to others.
