This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production through work order kitting, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.\n\nResponsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks\n\nAssist with the development of and maintain production schedules to meet internal customer demands and production targets\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials\nMonitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule\nAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements\nCollaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues\nPrepare weekly and monthly production reports across several concurrent projects\nFacilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and production teams\nParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies\nOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.\nAssist with receiving inspections and non-conforming material segregation when necessary.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and inventory control processes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory operations.\nOther Duties\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for the job.
