In that regard servers need to be courteous and professional when they are greeting customers, taking customer orders, dealing with customer issues and complaints, and giving customers their bill. Servers must have attention to detail, be able to answer menu questions, provide suggestions, and collaborate with the kitchen staff, managers and other foodservice staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nPrevious experience as a Server or in a similar role\r\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\r\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with point-of-sale systems\r\nKnowledge of food and beverage service\r\nAbility to work well in a team environment\r\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\r\nFood Handler's Certification\r\nResponsibilities\r\nGreet guests and take their orders\r\nServe food and beverages to guests\r\nCommunicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff\r\nProviding attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed, checking their needs during meals, offering menu suggestions\r\nEnsure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues, alerting management as necessary.\r\nPreparing tables at the start of their shift or after a guest leaves\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\r\nCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service\r\nSkills\r\nAs a Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to Our guests. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be essential in ensuring efficient service. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage service and experience with point-of-sale systems will be beneficial in this role.
