Senior Counsel, Partnerships We are seeking a Senior Counsel to lead strategic partnerships in bank-fintech lending. This role involves structuring innovative lending products and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with product teams to drive strategic initiatives and leverage technology to optimize legal workflows.Key Responsibilities:Structure bank-fintech lending partnerships and lead loan/BNPL product structuring.Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer and partner agreements.Drive product strategy and regulatory-compliant innovation.Own regulatory architecture across TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, BSA/AML.Leverage technology and AI to improve legal workflows and scale operations.Requirements & Qualifications:Currently licensed in a U.S. state, J.D. or equivalent.7–15+ years of experience in relevant legal fields.Deep expertise in counseling product teams on banking infrastructure and embedded finance.Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory framework governing banking partnerships and fintech.Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
