The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service Take drink orders accurately and deliver beverages in a timely manner Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and specials Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly Keep tables, bar areas, and service stations clean and organized Monitor guest alcohol consumption and report concerns to management Work closely with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements: Valid TABC Certification (required) Valid Food Handler Certification (required) Previous cocktail serving or bar experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude
