You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge, Instructor-Led Training, self-paced eLearning courses and system training simulations using rapid training development tools. Your expertise will be crucial in creating highly effective learning products that drive user adoption and proficiency in enterprise systems.\nResponsibilities\nUnder the direction of a Senior Training Lead, the Junior Systems Training Developer/Analyst is responsible for the following:\nEnsure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards\nDevelop a comprehensive range of training materials related to enterprise systems and processes, including e-learning modules, training presentations, system simulations, instructor-led training materials, and quick reference guides\nLeverage industry-leading tools (e.g., SEN, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline, Assima) to create innovative and effective training materials in a fast-paced environment\nDevelop and maintain a consistent design approach across all training materials\nManage project assignments by prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient project execution aligned with schedules and budgets\nStay current with emerging trends and best practices in Instructional Design and adult learning theories\nRequired Skillsets\nThis position is fully remote, but some travel may be required\nMust be a U.S. citizen physically located in the U.S.\nAvailability to work primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST), as well as across multiple time zones on a flex schedule is required\nTraining Development: Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of training development experience, specifically in enterprise systems and applications training within a corporate or consulting environment\nTeam Collaboration and Quality: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team to produce high-quality work deliverables aligned with client expectations with a strong attention to detail\nEnglish Grammar: Exceptional English language skills, including a deep understanding of grammar in both writing and speaking\nData Analysis & Learning Assessment: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to measure and report on training effectiveness\nStakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Superior collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders\nAdaptability and flexibility: Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing timelines, requirements and priorities\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline\nAt ISG, we don’t just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our clients, and our communities.
