This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food and beverage skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment that celebrates hospitality and guest relations.\nResponsibilities\nGreet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST systems ensuring timely delivery\nUpsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities\nServe food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation\nManage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure repeat visits\nDisplay a keen sense of attention to detail and knowledge of products\nAssist with food handling, table maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas in accordance with food safety standards\nRequirements\n3-5 years of recent experience in a fine dining or elevated dining setting\nLunch and weekend availability is required with some Sunday availability necessary\nAvailability for nationally recognized holidays and some area specific events required\nStrong knowledge of TOAST is a plus, but understanding of other POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is required\nExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor\nAbility to multi task and follow directions\nKnowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures\nEffective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\nPrevious wine knowledge and wine service knowledge\nAbility to work as a team\nJoin us as a Server and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
