Join us to own your future.Job OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the Southeast territory by managing and developing distributor/channel partner relationships, meeting or exceeding booking targets, and serving as the product and technical expert for industrial pump solutions. This role is a highly autonomous, individual contributor position requiring strong technical aptitude, customer-facing skills, and extensive travel.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territoryServe as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, and the internal CPEX sales and operations teamsAchieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territorySupport distributors with technical expertise, product application knowledge, and solution developmentCollaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order executionConduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end usersIdentify new business opportunities and drive market share growthAccurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting expectationsRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years of field sales experience.Resides in the territory (Southeast Region) in which he/she will be managing.1+ year prior experience selling, supporting, or applying industrial pump solutions in a field sales or technical sales environment.1+ year working knowledge of pump fundamentals, including applications, sizing considerations, and performance characteristics.1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers, including technical and commercial requirements.Core CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical discussionsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to both small and large groupsAbility to operate independently in a remote, field-based roleStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple prioritiesPreferencesDegree in engineering, business, or a related fieldExperience within industrial, manufacturing, or process-related marketsPrior exposure to highly technical, application-driven sales environmentsTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsThis position is fully remote and requires approximately 75% travel within the assigned territory (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, AL, MS, AR)A company vehicle is provided. Candidates must be able to travel by car and air as needed to support customer and distributor demands.Pay RangeSIP Eligible Role:The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $90,000 – $115,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.
