Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, critical care to patients in the ICU setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Titrate drips, including vasopressors, paralytics, and sedatives, as required. Comply with professional standards and adhere to facility policies, including fingernail policy. Participate in real-time training and orientation sessions. Facilitate teamwork in a fast-paced, tertiary healthcare environment. Qualifications Current, valid RN license for Nebraska or compact state eligibility. Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required. Driver's license required to verify 50-mile radius compliance. Must possess certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Pass/Fail exam required during orientation; open-book, with resources provided. Ability to float to all inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICU.
