We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our high-tech machining facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of the machined parts, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols are also key aspects of this position.\n\nShifts Available:\n1st Shift: 6:45AM - 3:15PM (Monday - Friday)\n2nd Shift: 2:45PM - 11:15PM (Monday - Friday)\n3rd Shift: 10:45PM - 7:15AM (Sunday - Thursday)\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nOperate two or more Miyano ABX or BNX machines that perform a series of machining operations such as turning, drilling, boring, threading & milling to specifications\nPrepare and load specified bar stock into bar loader\nMonitor machine operation & verify conformance of work piece to specifications using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, OASIS, Keyence, & functional gauges)\nConsistently check parts per inspection instructions; ensure non-conforming parts are controlled per protocols\nAdjust part dimensions by making offsets, change inserts, properly center & touch off tools as needed\nReview and interpret details on process router, scheduling board, part drawings, and inspection instructions.\nPerform basic trouble-shooting of machine & bar feeder alarms\nAdhere to AS9100 quality standards per protocol\nConsistently clean & maintain machines & related equipment to ensure optimal conditions for success\nExamine processes & identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
