This role will focus on optimizing IT service and operations processes while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements common to banking, insurance, and investment organizations.The ideal candidate excels at workflow optimization, process improvement, and partnering with technology and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, audit‑ready ServiceNow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor and liaison between business, IT, risk, compliance, and ServiceNow technical teamsGather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutionsDrive optimization of end‑to‑end workflows while ensuring adherence to Financial Services governance and control standardsLead analysis, configuration support, and enhancements for ServiceNow modules:CMDB (Configuration Management Database)ITAM (IT Asset Management)ITOM (IT Operations Management)ITSM (IT Service Management)Support CMDB data governance, service mapping, and alignment with CSDM best practicesIdentify automation and process improvement opportunities that reduce operational risk and improve efficiencyEnsure ServiceNow processes support auditability, traceability, segregation of duties, and data integrityCollaborate with developers and architects to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable implementationsFacilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder reviewsDevelop and maintain documentation including business process flows, user stories, functional designs, SOPs, and control artifactsSupport testing activities including UAT, validation, and audit readiness activitiesProvide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement in line with regulatory expectationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience supporting ServiceNow platformsHands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules:CMDBITAMITOMITSMExperience working within Financial Services (banking, insurance, asset management, or similar regulated environments)Strong background in workflow optimization and process improvementSolid understanding of IT service, asset, and operations management in a regulated environmentExperience translating regulatory, risk, and control requirements into System and process designsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery modelsPreferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)ITIL v4 certificationExperience supporting audits, regulatory exams, or risk assessmentsFamiliarity with data privacy, access controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC, PCI, or equivalent)Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and integrationsSkills & CompetenciesBusiness and regulatory process analysisRisk‑aware solution designWorkflow automation and optimizationStrong documentation and control mindsetData governance and lifecycle managementCollaborative and consultative approach
