Location: Northern California (Bay Area, Central Valley, surrounding regions) Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience (with clear advancement opportunities) Position Overview DNA Restoring Concrete Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Polishers / Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and field-based, working on commercial, industrial, and residential concrete flooring projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality polished concrete and resinous flooring systems while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical grinding, honing, and polishing of concrete floors Execute proper surface preparation (shot blasting, grinding, patching, joint repair) Apply densifiers, dyes, stains, and sealers per project specifications Read and follow scope documents and finish-level expectations Epoxy & Resinous Flooring Installation Mix and install epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane cement flooring systems Broadcast aggregates, flakes, or quartz as required Apply grout coats and topcoats with consistent coverage and finish Maintain clean transitions, edges, and cove details Job Site & Team Responsibilities Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Follow all safety protocols (PPE, dust control, chemical handling) Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate clearly with foremen, teammates, and project managers Represent DNA professionally with clients and other trades Required Qualifications Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, or surface prep (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, kneeling, standing for long periods) Willingness to work early mornings, nights, or weekends when required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in concrete polishing or resinous flooring systems Familiarity with grinders, shot blasters, and mixing/application tools Understanding of job site safety standards Ability to read basic plans or scopes of work Who Succeeds at DNA People who show up on time and take responsibility for their work Team players who communicate clearly and help each other succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week Work Location: In person
