This role is critical for driving the Luxury Shopping Experience for Amazon.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nWe are looking for a Sr TPM who will be responsible for defining and delivering programs with significant complexity and/or that have broad cross-organizational, global, or technology impact.\nYour work will focus on large engineering efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems.\nYou will be trusted to operate with complete independence and are often assigned to focus on areas where the business and/or architectural strategy has not yet been defined.\nYou effectively partner with all levels of leadership. You are adept at building consensus. You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above to help them understand the decisions they have to make and what options they have.\nYou influence organization priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction.\nYou manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and needs aligned.\nYou recognize when current programs are susceptible to prior technology failure patterns and actively steer teams to avoid repeating these failures.\n\nAbout the team\nThe Elevated Shopping (eShop) team mission is to serve premium and luxury customers and brands with personalized, seamless, and delightful experiences that reflect their discerning tastes and elevate online retail to a new standard of excellence.
