In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and document electronic products and subassemblies used in high-reliability applications across commercial, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring products are built to exact specifications while meeting quality, delivery, and safety requirements.\nOur Team\nMolex ADS designs and manufactures advanced interconnect, electronic, and RF solutions that support mission-critical applications around the world. Our Camarillo facility specializes in the production of high-performance electronic assemblies, serving customers who rely on exceptional quality, reliability, and precision. As part of our manufacturing team, you will work alongside skilled operators, technicians, engineers, and quality professionals committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nAssemble electronic products and subassemblies using engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of material (BOMs), and approved process documentation.\nInstall electronic components, hardware, cables, and mechanical assemblies while meeting quality and workmanship standards.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, microscopes, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.\nPerform in-process inspections to verify conformance to product specifications and workmanship requirements.\nIdentify and report material discrepancies, workmanship concerns, and documentation issues.\nComplete production travelers, work orders, and manufacturing records accurately and in a timely manner.\nFollow ESD controls, product handling requirements, and preservation processes.\nSupport daily production objectives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery performance.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.\nComply with all applicable quality, environmental, regulatory, ITAR, and export control requirements.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and follow written work instructions and manufacturing documentation.\nAbility to interpret assembly drawings and related production documentation.\nBasic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing systems.\nStrong attention to detail and manual dexterity.\nAbility to work under magnification or a microscope when required.\nAbility to work in an ITAR-compliant manufacturing environment.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nPrevious electronic assembly, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience.\nKnowledge of IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or similar).\nUnderstanding of ESD controls and electronic product handling requirements.\nExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment supporting aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial products.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new assembly processes and products.\nSoldering experience and familiarity with electronic components and assemblies.\nIPC certification or willingness to obtain certification.\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.\nAbility to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.\nAbility to perform detailed assembly work using microscopes and precision tools.\nVisual acuity sufficient to inspect small components and identify workmanship defects.\nThis Role Might Be a Good Fit If You\n\nTake pride in producing high-quality work with minimal defects or rework.\nConsistently follow documented procedures and work instructions.\nDemonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong attendance record.\nWork effectively as part of a collaborative team.\nMaintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.\nLook for opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence.\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $18- $24/hr.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
