We envision a world where mental health means not just the absence of illness but the ability to thrive. - Compass Pathways.Job OverviewThe Director, Promotional Medical Education owns the end-to-end promotional medical education function, setting strategy and long-term vision while also personally leading execution of education programs (and overseeing TLL operationalizing programs regionally, where appropriate).This role establishes an integrated promotional education roadmap aligned to company objectives and customer needs, builds and operates a compliant speaker/faculty model, and delivers high-quality educational experiences through live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
