Maintenance/Engineer - Hotel

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Chief Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Prefer Pool Operator Certified and knowledge of how to use Quore and PM rooms. Responsibilities - Perform electrical repairs and maintenance - Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair - Conduct residential painting as required - Maintain and repair logic controllers - Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues - Welding tasks as necessary - Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment Skills - Proficiency in electrical repairs and troubleshooting - Strong customer service skills - Ability to fabricate parts for equipment repair - Experience in residential painting - Knowledge of logic controllers maintenance - Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects effectively - Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks - Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics - Welding skills for equipment repair and fabrication Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Weekends as needed Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Minneapolis, MN 55423 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Minneapolis, MN 55423: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
