The organization has staff in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New York, and Washington state.\r\nThe UFW Foundation's Immigration Legal Services Program provides high-quality, comprehensive affirmative and removal defense services and representation before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and California State Courts. We represent low-income clients, including unaccompanied minors, in an array of affirmative and defensive applications, including but not limited to family petitions, U-visa/VAWA, Waivers, Naturalization and DACA, as well as Asylum/Withholding/CAT, Cancellation of Removal and Special Immigrants Juvenile Status (SIJS). The UFW Foundation is a U.S. DOJ-recognized and accredited organization.\r\nSummaryThe Program Administrator will support all aspects of the Immigration Services Program and projects including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and executing program activities. Secondary duties will include various special projects related to the events and activities in which the organization is involved.\r\nEssential Functions(This is not an exhaustive list)\r\nProgram AdministrationManages the planning and coordination of grant programs.\r\nEnsures implementation of policies and practices of programs.\r\nManages the data collection from staff and partners and prepares data for program grant reports.\r\nCoordinates internally with staff to assemble program and financial data for applications and reports.\r\nMaintains accurate program records.\r\nManages data entered in Quickbase and Egnyte systems and coordinates quality control of data.\r\nCommunicates directly with staff and subgrantees who utilize the systems to ensure that they enter accurate and timely data.\r\nConducts office site and subgrantee audits.\r\nRepresents the organization at partner meetings, conferences, and other collaborations, particularly when related to health/public benefits issues.\r\nSupports program development and growth.\r\nProvides support with constituent calls, screenings and services, when needed.Financial & Administrative ComplianceCoordinate grant deliverables and produce reports for funders.\r\nCoordinate the collection of information and the process for approving and producing internal financial reports.\r\nMaintain and support the team in producing annual budgets, operational plans, and Management by Objectives and Results (MOR) Reports.Staff CoordinationSupport recruitment and retention efforts;\r\nDevelop and conduct orientations and ongoing trainings for the staff members that provide services.Perform other related duties as assigned.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities: May involve the coordination and supervision of volunteers/interns as needed.\r\nMinimum Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position must have a high level of professionalism and organization. Prior experience working in non-profit organization management, contract administration, budgeting, and fundraising. Comprehensive knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, equipment, and techniques; excellent organizational, managerial, and communication skills. Ability to plan and achieve annual goals and objectives.
