They provide support to sales, engineering, and production teams during the different manufacturing stages. Responsible for working with Senior Sales Account Managers to help develop technical solutions, create cost estimates to develop pricing and generate customer proposals. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nProvide support with proposals, pricing and equipment layouts (provide layout drawings, models, electrical schematics, manuals to the customer as needed).\n\nProvide correct survey(s) on equipment, detailing what is needed for both the customer and production.\n\nIdentify any non‑standard items on the survey(s) and get with the appropriate group (Engineering, Development, Product Manager, Supply Chain) to discuss and get clarification to address concerns.\n\nProvide automation expertise and coordinate with segment experts to offer the best equipment solution for the application.\n\nCoordinate with departments to overcome hurdles during the Engineering and Manufacturing stages.\n\nProvide customers with current information including but not limited to: offloading specs for equipment, IP addresses, OEM connectivity changes, drawings, etc.\n\nCoordinate kickoffs, customer meetings, and pre‑installation meetings/documents.\n\nDocument any installation/performance issues to improve future projects.\n\nAssist with project team responsibilities as needed.\n\nTravel required including visiting customer sites and attend trade shows as required.\n\nQuote installation efforts at customers manufacturing facilities.\n\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering\n\nExperience:\n\n5 years of experience in equipment manufacturing engineering and automation.
