Location: Hybrid - Oakland, CA.\nAbout the Opportunity Our client, a leader in FinTech, is looking for skilled AI Workflow Engineers to join their team for a 3-month engagement. This project involves building, improving, and QA-ing AI-powered agents and skills to automate workflows across their marketing ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.\nKey Responsibilities & Deliverables Building new skills and agents that automate marketing, analytics, and operational workflows.\nQA-ing and improving existing skills—testing edge cases, fixing data pipeline issues, and ensuring outputs are accurate and reliable.\nPartnering with stakeholders (marketers, analysts, engineers) to identify high-impact workflow bottlenecks and translate them into AI skill specifications.\nWriting and optimizing SQL for BigQuery-backed skills that query campaign performance, audience segmentation, and member data.\nContributing to the skill platform itself by improving the skill builder, evaluation pipeline, and governance framework.\nRequired Skills & Experience 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical field.\nDeep expertise in Claude and Cursor, including hands-on experience building out automated workflows inside one or both of these tools.
