This is a full-time position that is required to be onsite or a hybrid basis.Responsibilities Proficiently process A/P and maintenance of vendor databaseVendor correspondence/contact regarding invoices, balance due, refunds, etcCredit card reconciliation and codingPayroll recording, timesheet calculation and new hire paperwork processingPrepare 1099’sPrepare weekly/monthly reports and prepare client packagesInteract with clients, their family members, and employeesAssist with bank reconciliationsAssist with Guild reportingTax package preparationDaily interaction and effective communication with staff membersPrioritizing task and understanding what is urgentDemonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality Other special projects as assignedRequirementsEducation – Bachelor’s Degree or some college educationProficiency with accounting software such as Datafaction or QuickbooksProficiency with Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPersonable, positive and enthusiastic attitudeProficient in overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlinesBe able to work with a variety of personalitiesWhat We OfferWe're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
