microservices.The ideal candidate will translate complex legacy screens and business workflows into intuitive, high-performance user interfaces while maintaining functional parity and optimizing the overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesModernization & Migration: Convert legacy VB.NET UI screens and complex business workflows into modern, high-performance ReactJS applications.Frontend Development: Build clean, reusable, and accessible components using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.API Integration: Seamlessly connect frontend components with secure Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs and microservices.Quality & Performance: Conduct unit testing, cross-browser debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews to ensure reliability and scalability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery in an Agile environment.Required QualificationsExperience: 8+ years of hands-on frontend software development with a focus on ReactJS in enterprise settings.Core Web Technologies: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration.State & UI Management: Proven experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and UI component frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar).Tooling & Process: Hands-on
