You will play a key role in the culture we are building and ensuring clients have a “Sinful” experience. Responsibilities *Order Fulfillment: you'll need to make beverages in an extremely fast paced environment by following the standard recipes. You'll need to be a great multi-tasker and be able to get it right the first time. People are grumpy in the morning before their coffee, and they only get grumpier when their order is wrong. *Cleaning: We love clean shiny machines, counters, floors and organized shelves. You’ll be doing that. *Customer management: Most of your customers will love you, you’re bringing them some of the best coffee on the planet! But sometimes you’ll have to deal with grumpy Gus, a mad Max, an angry Andy. With your charm, cool demeanor, and unfazablity, you’ll turn those frowns upside down, (or escort them out) *Daily business transactions: You’ll be reading order sheets, and keeping an eye on coffee supply inventory to let your manager know what we need to purchase. *Creating change: Your our front line. You’ll hear what customers love and what they don’t. Your feedback and suggestions are important. Have a great coffee, dessert or drink idea? Essential Functions and Requirements: High School graduate Be able to carry out the duties that the job requires such as, but not limited to the below items *Proven working experience as a barista *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Be able to stand for long periods of time Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00/hour. About Sin LLC: Sin is a coffee shop, dessert bar and custom cake shop. During the day you will find a full line of coffee and espresso drinks (including Nitro!) along with muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls and of course our award winning cakes. Friday and Saturday evenings our bar is open to pair a sweet treat with an awesome cocktail. Sin also offers special occasion cakes and desserts perfect for a your wedding, birthday, or dinner party.
